How DynaSend Works - (1) Compose - (2) Upload - (3) End Users Copy & Paste DynaSend libraries are self-managed, providing you with absolute control over all aspects of your template library in real-time. Functionally there are three discreet steps in the management and use of DynaSend. 1. Compose & Format New Templates: The content for the email templates themselves may be authored by anyone in your organization and submitted to the designated library administrator for final HTML formatting. Upload Templates to Your Library: One or more designated "Library Administrators" on your staff will have special login privileges that enable them to create and organize the library's folder categories and then add and delete individual email templates to and from these folders. Use the Templates in Email: Everyone that has been provided access to your library is simply able to use the prewritten templates on an as-needed basis.
