Template Design

We can coordinate template design for you:  We partner with StationeryCentral.com for the graphic design and HTML coding of email stationery templates.  Whether you need one company-wide master template, or the large scale production of customized graphics for many individual users, we can meet your needs.  Fees start at $300 USD.

You may design templates yourself (or use your own designer):  If producing the graphics and HTML is something you'd prefer to do internally, or have your regular digital vendor do, we'll share the well-tested (1) HTML code that we use.  If you choose to reuse our code, you'll need to create and host a 677 pixel-wide stationery header and footer. Right and left edge borders for the stationery design are defined by a one pixel vertical line, color of your choosing.  Click here for a copy of our HTML code and Graphic Design instructions.

Alternative, non-stationery style, designs may be used: There is no requirement that a stationery style design be used for templates posted to DynaSend. You may post any style of HTML template you wish. We do encourage you to test thoroughly however, as email formatting tends to be tricky.

(1) Our code has been tested successfully with all versions of Outlook and virtually every other stand-alone and web-based email program with just two exceptions.  To our knowledge, neither Lotus Notes nor Eudora will support the sending HTML templates formatted as stationery.
