Reports
DynaSend library administrators have access to two reports enabling an understanding of:
Library Utilization: Selecting Library Utilization from the reports pull-down menu:

Will provide you with a list of each DynaSend library page that you’ve created and how many end-users have installed that page.

In the list above, the numbers that appear under the “Users” column are hyper-links. Clicking one of these will bring up a list of who the users of the specific page are:

Template Utilization: Selecting the “Click-Through” report from the drop-down menu:

Brings up a list of all of the templates that have been posted across all of your various library pages. The far right column, “Clicks,” indicates the number of times the “Send Email” action was utilized for each individual template. Various time periods can be evaluated by using the from/to controls at the top of the screen.
