End-User Access Controlled through "Permissions"

When creating a DynaSend library page (a unique URL), library administrators can choose between two levels of end-user access.

Level 1 - Open Access:  This level of permission means that any DynaSend user who navigates to your library page will be able to use the templates posted on that page.  Your initial control is based on who you disseminate the library page URL to.

Level 2 - Permission Required:  When a DynaSend user first arrives at a library page that has been established with this permission level, they will be prompted to "request permission."

The individual will not be granted access to the library page until the library administrator has manually reviewed their application (via the MANAGE PERMISSIONS menu option in the library administrator's control panel) and granted the access request.

Terminating Access:  Regardless of which permission level is used, the DynaSend library administrator will have a record of each user in their "permission" database.  At a future date, the library administrator will be able to click an EDIT PERMISSIONS menu option and remove any individual's permission.  Once removed, the individual will no longer have access to the template library, and will not be able to re-establish it without specifically contacting the library administrator.

This will be useful if your organization wants to be able to disable employee's access to your template library at their time of termination.
