Outlook Integration

DynaSend libraries can be conveniently accessed directly from within Outlook.  This enables you to populate your library with not only new messages, but also with pre-written replies to common email questions/requests that your organization receives.

Whenever a DynaSend user is composing a new message or replying to an existing message they will be able to place their cursor where they want the template inserted, then click Insert from Outlook's "compose window" and pull down to DynaSend Template.

The user's personal "DynaSend Control Panel" will be opened in a browser window and will display the user's default library, enabling them to click on whatever template choice is appropriate for the message they are replying to (or composing).  

As soon as the link is clicked, the user is returned to the email message they are working on, with the template now inserted.
