Library Features

DynaSend "Library Administrators" have an easy time managing their libraries via our efficient online approach.  The straight-forward, uncomplicated, management interface we offer enables library administrators to quickly:

  • create new "pages" - each having its own unique URL (giving you control over which pages you disseminate to which people)

  • create any number of sub-categories on a page, allowing you to organize templates in whatever way makes the most sense to you

  • upload finished HTML templates from your local computer into your DynaSend library - adding a variety of descriptive information to the templates at the time they are uploaded, thus enabling your users to easily determine which template fits which purpose

  • add special alerts to uploaded templates letting users know that they need to manually edit certain portions of the template when using it.  For example, an alert might read, "Type in the QUANTITY and PRICE in paragraph 2 before sending."

  • copy a previously uploaded template from one subcategory or library page to another

  • edit previously posted templates (online - no need to repost), enabling easy corrections to mistakes or the making of any minor changes required

  • maintain strict control over the accessibility of library pages to end-users via a concept of permissions we employ

Library administrators also will have access to other administrative functions of your DynaSend program including managing your subscription level, payment, and reporting.
