Implementing a DynaSend Program - Easy & Flexible

DynaSend libraries are self-managed (1), providing you with absolute control over all aspects of your template library.  Functionally there are three levels of involvement with a DynaSend program.

Library Administrator:  A designated "Library Administrator" on your staff will have special login privileges that enable them to create and organize library pages, add and remove individual email templates from these library pages, and make changes to the content of existing templates.

The creation and management of your template library will all be done through our extremely easy to use web interface.  In ten minutes or so you should be able to create your library, add some specific pages to it, and create a variety of categories within those pages.  Adding templates to your library is then a simple 1-2-3 Process.

Template Authors:  The written email templates themselves may be created by anyone in your organization and submitted to your designated library administrator for "posting."

End Users:  Everyone else that has been provided access to your library is simply able to use the prewritten templates on an as-needed basis.  Getting started takes just minutes and is very easy.
