DynaSend:  A Smarter Way of Sending Email

Additionally, a tremendous amount of staff time is wasted in composing numerous messages of a similar nature, or in locating old messages in their "sent items" folder to cut and paste from.

Here's a super-simple approach for empowering these dispersed individuals with the ability to send well formatted, effectively written, properly timed, and consistent email communications.

How it Works: You pre-compose various email messages and "post" them to a self-managed DynaSend library webpage.  These can be plain-text messages or fully formatted HTML messages.

You then invite staff, dealers, volunteers, or whomever is appropriate to use your message library.

When they click a DynaSend (Patent Pending) link (this is a pop-up simulation) your pre-composed message appears in their copy of Microsoft Outlook or Outlook Express, ready-to-send!

DynaSend is designed to work for email replies and new messages.
