Integration with Outlook & Outlook Express

DynaSend libraries can be conveniently accessed directly from within Outlook or Outlook Express.  This enables you to populate your library with not only new messages, but also with pre-written replies to common email questions/requests that your organization receives.

OUTLOOK INTERFACE:  Whenever a DynaSend user is composing a new message or replying to a message they will be able to click Insert from Outlook's "compose window" and pull down to DynaSend Template.

OUTLOOK EXPRESS INTERFACE:  Whenever a DynaSend user is composing a new message or replying to an existing message they will be able to click "Library" - a new button appearing on the Outlook Express "compose window" toolbar.

LIBRARY ACCESS:  Either of these actions in Outlook or Outlook Express will open the user's personal "DynaSend Control Panel" in a browser window and will display the user's default library, enabling them to click on whatever template choice is appropriate for the message they are replying to (or composing).  

MESSAGE INSERTION:  As soon as the link is clicked, the user is returned to the email message they are working on, with the template now inserted.
